Do I need to include any accessories with my device?

How do I send my item to you?

You have several options for getting your item to us:

  • Free courier collection - We'll arrange for a courier to collect from your address on a day that suits you
  • Prepaid shipping label - We can email you a prepaid shipping label to print and use at your nearest Post Office or drop-off point
  • Local drop-off - If you're in the Greater Manchester area, you can arrange to drop off your item directly
  • Local pickup - For Greater Manchester customers, we can arrange to collect your item in person (with potential cash payment)

After accepting your quote, we'll guide you through the shipping options available to you.

Is shipping really free?

Yes, shipping is completely free. We cover all costs associated with getting your item to us, whether that's through our courier collection service or by providing a prepaid shipping label.

How should I package my item for shipping?

To ensure your item arrives safely:
